Shipping, returns, and the questions we get asked most.
Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses only for now. Every piece is printed and framed to order, so allow 2–5 business days for production and another 3–7 business days in transit — 5–12 business days in total. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75, which covers most prints in the shop on their own; below that you pay the carrier rate, shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your print leaves the framing facility.
Returns
Each print is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email moo@pegacow.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — you won't need to ship anything back.
Your privacy
Your cart lives in your own browser. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your name and shipping address go to our print partner for the sole purpose of making and delivering your order, and we don't sell your information to anyone. What is a Pegacow, exactly?＋
A Pegacow is a magical winged unicorn-cow — equal parts pegasus, unicorn and the world's friendliest cow. Born to spread good vibes and ride rainbows.
What sizes do Pegacow framed prints come in?＋
Two sizes: 11" × 14" and 16" × 20". Both are vertical (portrait) and come in your choice of White, Walnut or Black solid wood frame. Most designs are $85 and $125; a handful are priced above or below that, so check the design you want.
Do Pegacow prints arrive ready to hang?＋
Yes. Every print ships already framed, with shatterproof glazing and the hanging hardware fitted. It comes out of the box ready for the wall — no framing shop, no extra hardware.
How long does shipping take?＋
Every print is framed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit — so 5–12 business days door to door. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
How much is shipping?＋
Free within the United States on any order over $75, which covers most framed prints on its own. Below $75 you pay the carrier rate, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to U.S. addresses only for now.

Are the prints good quality?＋
Museum-quality matte paper, shatterproof glazing, and a solid wood frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. It comes out of the box ready for the wall.
Is a Pegacow print a good gift?＋
It's built for it. At $85 the 11" × 14" lands in the sweet spot for a Yankee Swap or white elephant exchange with a $75–$100 limit, it needs no sizing or guessing, and it arrives framed — so there's nothing for the recipient to assemble or buy separately.
Is Pegacow art suitable for a nursery?＋
Several designs are made for it — Nursery Botanical, Little Dreamer, Paper Cut and the watercolours use muted, gender-neutral palettes on cream and pastel. All prints ship with shatterproof glazing rather than glass.
Can I hang a Pegacow print in an office?＋
Yes, and a few are designed for exactly that. "I Came. I Mooed. I Judged." and "Believe in the Impossible" read as real typographic design at a distance and as a joke up close — which is what makes them work above a desk or in a video-call background.
